02Can I book just individual modules?
Yes. The model is modular. Many customers start with caretaking + winter service and add garden and repairs later.
03Who is my contact?
A dedicated object lead plus a defined backup person. Someone is always reachable.
04Do you coordinate external tradespeople?
Yes. For larger repairs we get quotes, award work on behalf of the property manager and supervise execution.
05How does communication with tenants work?
We can post notices, announce outages and collect feedback – always in coordination with the manager.
