Scope of property maintenance

Our maintenance contracts are tailored to your property. A typical scope includes:

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can you start?

Usually within two to four weeks after signing. For short-notice takeovers we can start within one week.

Do you take over existing caretaking tasks seamlessly?

Yes. We do a structured handover with the previous caretaker or property manager, document the current state and take over without interruption.

Is winter service done by the same team?

Usually yes. That saves coordination effort and shortens response times during snow and ice. Details are agreed in the service contract.

Do I get reports as a property manager?

Yes. After every round you receive a digital report with photos. Quarterly we provide a compact management report.

What area do you cover?

The canton of Zurich including the city, Winterthur, Uster, Dübendorf, Wetzikon, Kloten and the Zurich Oberland. We also serve Zug, Aargau, Schwyz and the rest of German-speaking Switzerland.
